Skip. Still don't like the fingerprint sensor and the small better.
Maybe when the price drops.

Not really worth it, he has some good points.

Lets look at it from another angle.

the phone is priced $250 more than S8+. Noted.

So how much would one think it should cost more in premium over s8+ to be reasonable ? $100 Maybe ? So in actual fact, the phone is "overpriced" by $150. So is it a big deal ?

A lot people compare Note 8 directly with S8+ without considering the reasonable premium it has over the its older sister. As such it seems "overly priced" if the assumption is both phones are equal in features and should cost the same. Yes I agree it is expensive but we should not compare directly with S8+ but with a perceived reasonable price the Note 8 should be priced.

Very overpriced, whatever angle I view it. Pretty shocked by the retail $1398.

note fans will eventually get it and use their s-pen not more than 10 times per year.

i got a few friends who own Note series. i ask them, why they wan to get Note?

1) Because its Samsung.
2) Because its big screen.
3) Because no other android phones out there *facepalm*

My wife & I pre-ordered N8 via m1. Contrary to your assumption, most of my friends who use N8 frequently use the S-pen almost on the daily basis, especially those who move a lot running their own business, like me.

So it is not totally true that most Note users use less than 10 times of their S-pen.. LOL...

I really looked forward to N8. Thanks to Samsung, it is the only S-pen mobile that helps us a lot in our work. :)
