if cant wait, just call any gov hosipital say u wan see gout specialist as pte, v fast within 1 week u can see.
i think below $200.

if wan super fast, call any clinic at gleneagle, mount e, mount a, within 1-2 day got appt liao.
but sure $200 & above.

i last time under insurance cover, see gout specialist at glen, each time $300+ zzzzzz the doc every time i see him, he diff watch, ap, rolex, pp... lol

NS time. 2 x left ankle fracture, but MO kept deferring me by extending my excuse IPPT 6 months and giving me light duties only. X-ray all very clear and obvious. pes B

After uni, went back ICT, MO downgraded me saying I have weak left ankle but pes status not updated, charge me for not attending IPPT, went back answer charge and bang table at JDO. Final pes. C9L9

I guess i go specialist myself lar... coz if got via poly or family doctor, they would say go specialist for what, waste money...
but based on gout test... blood test is it enough if proven to be gout?

Even those sitting on med board one. All are useless one. All generalist.

If u got a genuine case, just go poly clinic and then see specialist. Sure can downgrade.

If you not so sure, just go pay money see a private specialists and tell them the truth for visiting them. They will find a genuine problem to write for u. But bcos they specialist, they will stress and highlight the risks. All the MO n med board sure hum and nobody wanna take the responsibility.

I went through the MMI route, so when they recommend me for dg, medical board just follow through since it all under SAF. But the downside is that, it take a longer time since u need multiple visit before they decide to board u.
