Some higher management heads will definitely roll. Can't think of a bigger disaster that can happen to a phone company, except not following the obvious trend like Nokia last time.

What specs you expecting? Usually for their S and note line, it will be the as high as most of the other phones out there already. It's more of the design. I think S8 will have curved screens also and that feature will probably not be on most of the other phones in the market.

It cannot be poorer than Note 7 in terms of specs or software and likely will look very similar too, which is already a win to me. Only thing is the QC of course.
