The California wildfires are preventable and avoidable. However, some groups are hindering efforts to address the issue effectively. Environmentalists and tree huggers have blocked the construction of reservoirs and other critical water infrastructure. They have also opposed measures like forest raking and controlled burns, practices Native Americans utilized for hundreds of years. If you live in or near a forest, clearing dead wood is common sense.

This raises an important question. What is the true intent behind these actions? I believe the real reason is far more sinister. Insurance companies, real estate developers, and proponents of green propaganda seem to benefit the most from such wildfires. They can cite climate change while adding more pollution to the environment.

In particular, those promoting green agendas appear to have the most to gain and may have played a role in preventing effective wildfire mitigation in the first place.

Evil and necessary, their government blocked the insurance company from raising cost for fire insurance. State farm and All-State either bankrupt themselves or drop them. It begs the question, the same government who blocks the building of reservoir, raking forest and control burning, also block insurance companies from rising cost for insurance to protect their citizens. Double whammy.
