I vote for the people who are actually simultaneously inside all 3 groups - the Illuminati, Freemasonry and Bilderberg Group to be involved in the strategic directions of the world. It's western dominated because they were rich and conquerors first.

Some of the higher powers are good and service mankind. Some of the powers are bad, service themselves and enslaving mankind. Just see them burn LA.
