Last time before Channel 8 news still got advertisement

Many Mediacorp celebrities like Kym Ng and Chen Hanwei even invited to endorse the project

True.. that place improve recently?

I'm not sure since I don't go there.

The worst thing about living in a condo is a swimming pool or gym or even the lifts full of people.

I like to have everything to myself when I use the facilities.

My cousin has a unit there. Cannot invest, it's just a holiday house, so treat it as money lost.

Honestly, it's just convenient to have a place to stay if u wan avoid jam etc, but the finishing of the place is definitely horrid.

When we visit, even though it's quite new, the place looks old. The carpark doesn't make sense (some lots block each other in lol), and the paint is peeling off in the corridor.

The unit from developer is cui, so need renovate the whole place. My cousins unit is very pretty, view damn nice, but it's direct west sun facing, so super duper hot.

Can see from Sungei Buloh, bad choice! Our F16s takes off and did the right banking with the afterburners facing them, noisy like crazy, extremely bad choice, unless you have double glazed windows and 24/7 air con.

U go lowyat look at those property threads.

Most brought condo at 200 to 600k nia and most are losing money.

Those one million bucks condo, can only sell at 1/3 the price.

No money to spend on maintenance and the properties all look like slum overtime. If your property has swimming pool, has gym, etc. The cost to maintain is even higher.

People from Singapore, Korea, hk and China bring their mindset of property is scarce over. Think it's a good buy. They forgot that Malaysia is a huge country with very little population and has a very unstable/racist government
