Yes, Chocolate Finance is absolutely legitimate! Chocolate Finance is a brand of Chocfin Pte Ltd (202347190R) and is a private limited company incorporated in Singapore. Chocfin is a Capital Market Services (CMS101452licence holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Its not SDIC insured, if suay one day the money gonna be gone.

Many people thought wrongly that it is a bank but it is not

That's why the capital is not guaranteed esp if you have more than 30k inside

Chocolate Finance is not covered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC) because we are not a bank. Banks have SDIC protection because if the bank fails, your money is at risk. Chocolate operates differently. Your funds with Chocolate Finance are held separately by trusted custodians, HSBC and State Street, under the management of our fund managers, and are ringfenced in the event that anything happens to Chocolate.

They have never advertised themselves as a bank right? It's not SDIC deposit protected just like the broker firms.
