Whose glasses got grow algae one?

Ic Berlins don't use screws anywhere on the frame. Algae is on the areas where there is plastic meeting metal or in screw threads. That's why no algae. Furthermore, their stainless steel is industrial grade stamped steel. Algae don't like to grow on them.

sometimes the green stuff is some kind of metal oxidation? But I used to get esp between the frame and lens. Nothing to do that time will unscrew frames and clean. Now prefer plastic frames, not so obvious

My current spectacle wear about 5-6 years liao, few days ago just clean out those algae is sibei a lot 1...even got small insects there when I clean it.
