Whose privacy have I infringed on?

Need your enlightenment to find out why I was infracted and banned.

Did I mention the identity of the person in the GIF? The names mentioned are just monikers. Not real names.

What kind of privacy have I intruded? The pic was taken from wholivesnearyou. I can provide you the screenshot if you want.

Same goes for the other infractions and ban I received in April. Why was I infracted and banned for posting screenshots taken from the internet (eg: HWZ, wholivesnearyou etc) while others who goes round CSI-ing people are okay? Kinda double standard right?

Yes..... 97 was bad!

According to my idol Ricky1............. property prices dropped by at least 30%. Lots of people went bankrupt after banks started issuing margin calls for top ups............. It was literally hell on earth with people jumping off buildings (back then..... Bedok reservoir was not popular yet). Then some of these people also play stocks on contra......... wah lau......... really kenna combo whacked. Overnight, house gone, savings gone, wife and kids also gone cause went into hiding from the creditors........

My idol say the same will happen again....... people getting complacent........ think money and easy credit is infinite........ when the crash which is about to happen soon comes....... Bedok reservoir is going to be the next Auschwitz.

The member must have reported your posts, and the moderator acting on the reported posts would have issued infraction where he deemed necessary.

The cumulative result of the infractions resulted in your ban.

If an affected member of the forum or public feels that his or her personal is uncomfortable about being scrutinised on the forum, then the moderating team may take action if necessary (depending on the severity of the situation).

Other cases have been dealt in a similar manner. There's no double standard here. You may choose to believe so but unfortunately that's not the truth.

In all honesty, my intention wasn't so much to harrass Ricky.

I just wanted to put a face to the great name. Someone who was so confident about predicting property prices, financial markets etc, someone who had no qualms about mocking at fellow forumers, calling them names whenever they disagree to his comments even when they were civic in their replies.

I merely want to see how he feels when he's exposed.

As for the posting of his identity in EDMW, it was just a simple CSI.

All the revelation about him was gathered from the internet. I looked into his interests and studied his postings in HWZ, clubsnap, dpreview.com, data.com, tripadvisor, various watch forums and even e-cigarette-forum which is something illegal under the law of Singapore.

I merely pieced together the various clues and formed a complete picture. It wasn't difficult as he was the one who made those postings and left the clues. I just linked them up.

Well, considering how confident, loud and arrogant Ricky had always carried himself in EDMW, I would have thought that he would not mind I share his other interests and information.

Alas, Ricky panicked and hastely reported to the mods and I got infracted and banned. Why would he do that if what I revealed was not true?

Ironically, Ricky had revealed himself to be of the same mould as the organisation he hate most - MIW. When the truth gets ugly, just summon someone in authority (in this case, the mods) to shut out the whistleblower.

Even though I have more info about him on hand, i will not be revealing them online anymore. This shall me my last post in HWZ
