i haven read the news.

but analysing the picture, my guess is....

honda, audi and the 3rd black car is stationary, parked facing outside.
blue car is travelling inwards.

blue car steer left too late, scrap (1st car) honda's side
audi (2nd car) parked a bit too out, blue car bang front right of audi, causing it to move backward, pushing the (3rd) black car behind. meanwhile, the blue car, because hit head on the right side, it starts spinning one round clockwise, and hit the (3rd) black car's back and eventually coming to a stop.

hence this resulting in the car position in such manner.
