why all the same topics never merged?

all the veps related threads never merge but my when jb complains thread tio merged?

As we have spoken on a similar matter before where I explained that our moderators have a set of criteria for the merger of threads. We will take a look at your feedback on VEP related threads and assess if there's a need for threads merger.

I understand that you have a deep disdain for mega threads, however please note that we merge threads based on its relevancy and similarity - not the thread starter.

As a follow up to the matter raised, there is actually a consolidated thread on the VEP. I have also taken action to consolidate relevant threads into it.

There is still a handful of threads that we have determined to be ok as standalone threads. Older threads from last year were not merged.
