Actually all the 4 Asian dragons (Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore) are experiencing TFR below 1.0, even China is experiencing ageing population due to 1 child policy.

Seems like the natural phenomenon of advance Asian economies, could be a matter of time before emerging economies like Vietnam and Thailand experience it too.

to solve these issues, we need to give them time, money and space, start building larger 5-room HDB and give them to married couples to have children and by giving them time and money maybe can say if you have a child, you will have paid leave at 300% your last drawn pay until your child is 21 years old? solve the time and money issue

Sad to say our stingy garmen wouldn't do it even they can afford to do so...
