I think the table edge become everyday knockable occurrence. Maybe short table drawer not higher than the bed. I think study table/work table out of the room cause sleep room don't put stress equipment.

There should put a dresser & a small night stand/ side table slightly lower/ same height as the bed.
I agree work table with computer should put outside living or another room.

a room need to have windows on 2 opposing side for airflow. otherwise very little air can enter the room...

my living room is facing south
my svc yard is facing northwest

Most condo can't even open their windows. Too hot, smelly, noisy and dusty. Have to on aircon whole day and draw curtains.
