Why exercises so difficult to achieve?

if I get paid exercising, I'd put iin more effort.. thankfully to have the HPB watch that pays me for walking :o

SG got a number of public parks for its size. Once a week I will go for jogging, not only a slow jog but usually takes 30-50 min every session.

Just do it la.

Even walking is good. Drag your family to the park or something. Jalan jalan one hour+ then go for dinner.

Don't be like me, wait for health scare to give you motivation.

Seem like many are having difficult time to get out of the house and do exercises.
Do you?
Many citing reasons such as no time, laxy, procastination, nua at sofa, dont feel like doing, lost motivation and all sort of reasons.

How to make one motivate enough to push onself to go out do exercises?
all companies to conduct IPPT monthly
never pass deduct 5% salary.

all new job seekers to pass IPPT, if not cannot get employed.

Low-intensity steady-state, or LISS, is a method of cardiovascular exercise in which you do aerobic activity at a low-to-moderate intensity for a continuous, and often extended, period.

now LISS quite popular. can run at low intensity but for longer period.

Try to do static exercise at home with just a yoga mat or 2 peices of weights, you will not be able to find the usual lame excuses not to do.

The last time I exercise is over 10 years ago. In sg, due to humid weather very hard to exercise lah

if loh koon say if dont do 100 push up sexersie by 2359 today,
tomorrow will definately will die.. ppl sure do sexcerise immediate.
