How to make one motivate enough to push onself to go out do exercises?
SG got a number of public parks for its size. Once a week I will go for jogging, not only a slow jog but usually takes 30-50 min every session.

No marnee buy mat and weights kym?Try to do static exercise at home with just a yoga mat or 2 peices of weights, you will not be able to find the usual lame excuses not to do.
Scared haven’t become habit uplorry alreadydo it often enough and it becomes a habit.
What health scare you got?Just do it la.
Even walking is good. Drag your family to the park or something. Jalan jalan one hour+ then go for dinner.
Don't be like me, wait for health scare to give you motivation.
