Depends on whether chiu r buyer or seller. Buyer sexpects seller to sell cheaply for fast deal as it takes the latter less time and time is money. Your thinking is as the seller that you are saving the buyer time so he should pay more. Economically speaking, it cums down to whomever is more desperate. The buyer to buy or the seller to move inventory. Plus whomever is the better poker player.

Fast deal always mean seller no more time to sell. Like expiry date of goods v near or substitutes comjng to market soon or new laws coming into effect. So it should be to buyer's benefit.

If normal situations, seller can always sit back with high price and wait for the willing buyer to come. If want to sell quickly, buyer can always sit back and wait for seller to drop price because when time runs out, seller's good become worthless liao.
