Hello, former part timer for Ya-Kun

Our boiling water tank is just right beside us as we share the same boiling water for the coffee, the water is set to boiling point, as the cashier i was task to make the eggs.

so firstly, 5 minutes with the first set of boiling water covering all the eggs in one large metal container holding 20ish eggs

After 5 mins, remove a bit of the water to the same level as the first eggs on top and add in boiling water again, after 2 and a half mins, its done

Edit:mix the eggs, a lot. so every egg can be cooked equally

I don't really eat eggs outside, prefer to cook em at home as it's more cost efficient. If you like to do the same, can get the egg timer from Daiso.
