i kena 3 points for this saying it is insulted others/inappropriate language. may i please check how is this "insulting to others" when i am merely stating the truth that china has many cities flooded annually (factual) and that many ppl die annually (factual).

how can the verifiable truth and reality be "insulting" (subjectively), if we are penalised for stating reality, then there is no freedom of speech or truth anymore.
