I posted my ad in the marketplace here, and found that it was hijacked by Topicworld.net.

I have already sold my item, and have indicated so in the HWZ thread. But the Topicworld.net thread still shows it is available, and I am still receiving calls about it!

My HWZ thread: http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/garage-sales-18/wts-24-imac-cheap-4202988.html

The copied Topicworld.net thread: WTS: 24' iMac - Cheap!

HWZ admin and moderators:

What is this all about, and how can you stop this?

What does this gotta do with HWZ?

Dear Member,

Thank you for raising this to our attention. Topicworld.net is a Third Party registered domain that does not belong to SPH Magazines or any of its subsidiaries including HardwareZone.

We have reason to believe that Topicworld.net is a scraping site or a mirror site. Sites like these exist to copy the content of other sites to churn revenue unlawfully through paid advertisements.

HardwareZone takes the infringement of its site's contents as well as its users' contents seriously and we have sought legal recourse regarding this matter.
