why my redmi only show 454 memory available when i use the built-in widget the cleaner to clear the memory?

the setting shows 1gb memory though.

i bought it from starhub somemore

That is why buy any mobile phone to have at least internal 8 gb of memory and the Ram 2 gb....what you paid is what you get....

what is your usage like?
if your phone is for messaging, surfing, maybe YouTube, Facebook etc I don't think you will have issues..

To solve the memory shortage problem you could adopt the following steps. ..
1. Root you redmi
2. Download System app remover from play store
3. Delete any blot apps which deem useless
4. Transfer apps to external sd card which hopefully you already got one
5. Go to system settings, storage to clear off cache data
