the good part about staying in rural is can save water and electricity or may not need to pay so high utilities bill. water can get from river and electricity can just light a fire. If need to serve internet, can go to Internet cafe.

There is. A bit small. You can drop by at some of our reservoirs. Go in and you won't see buildings. Pulau ubin also one of the rural areas we have but none residents not allowed to stay there long term.
