its 1 month yet he has not been resurrected.
why is it so?
he may be a little grumpy or at times getting ballistic on things he cannot agree but overall his comments were generally of substance to speak.

understand forum mods r volunteers but r there 3rd party audits proven they r not benefited elsewhere for a non impartial judgement?

He could be a victim of targeted "assassination" by some of the opposing members.

In my view, he is a valuable member in our forum.

Checked and his account records show that his latest Warning caused his infraction points to exceed the 36 points threshold. Prior to the latest Warning he already had 33 infraction points accumulated from previous Warnings over the year.

Hence his account was permanently banned.

Hi, we have made an appeal internally and with the approval of smod and admin made an exception. all i can say is that the offending post was on art of scolding with full of vulgarities. Even it was not directed at anybody, such vulgar posts are still frowned upon and so one shouldnt not take it that such posts are allowed because its not directed at anyone.
