It all comes down to experience. The more girlfriends you've had, the better you are at it. The ones who are really good at this are the hardened veterans who have been through a thousand battles. Also need a wide variety of training partners. Training with the same partner many many times will not help you to imrpove after a certain stage, as every girl is different and will "teach" you new ways to xian, based on their reactions and tantrums.
