Do you eat raw fish from random places?

Anyone can become a hawker but not everyone can become a sushi chef.

But why confirm sushi chef 100% no problem especially the food is raw but any other food type, the chef use hands ok food which will be fully cooked later, auto assume even the fully cooked food is eeeer dirty?

Sushi chef makes sushi with bare hands then serve the raw sushi, no one complain.

But other cooks who dun use gloves but the food is then cooked later get complain their hands must be dirty.

Actually most cooks in Japan, their cooks also dun wear gloves but people still jiak song song.
Notch simpur thread?

The fact that the fish is raw meat and you can still eat it without dying, means its clean. Prata is just flour and its cooked.

How about those wayang hawkers who wear gloves when handling food, then when collecting money also use that hand with the glove on?

wearing glove only to prevent their own hands getting dirty, not the food…

Err very simple thread.

Lol why everyone think I am talking bout sushi Vs prata.

It is anything but sushi.

I like watching food exploration video on YouTube and just something I notice, for any other food, will always have someone comment saying why the person not wearing gloves etc even when the person is handling raw food that will be cooked in boiling oil or stir fried or whatever (which will essentially kill any germs even if they are around).

But haha when it comes to sushi which is eaten raw, no one ever comment why no gloves when it probably matters the most

Yes actually wearing gloves can have trapped germs very easily too on the gloves Vs someone who washes hand frequently.

I just find it funny always have people come and comment why never wear gloves

sushi is unsanitary. eat too much sooner or later will get parasites growing in your intestines. not joking.

But funny thing is probably no one think anything bout it even when it is raw food, but cooked food which actually kills the germ is automatically deemed dirty if was touched before

Actually just 1 generation before us, everyone was cooking without gloves, gloves is like a thing of the past 10-15 years.

Before that almost no one wear gloves and pretty much we all grew up ok eating food like this.

Infact the way I see some people uses gloves, I worry even more. Use gloved hands take money, dip gloved plastic gloves into hot soup, gloved hands chop food but not using proper correct hand posturing so while chopping, some portion of the glove can get snipped off

ridiculous?
