why temp close homemommy chit chat thread leh?

Internal matter regarding user @feng1314 was raised to us.

A technical issue relating deletion of posts has affected the functionally of these 2 threads.

Therefore it will be temporarily closed until we seek a solution.

My questions:

1. Why is the stated user allowed to tamper/alter the forum and creating havoc in the 2 threads ?
2. The stated user was in a "suspended" status previously, how did he manage to revert his status back to normal ? I am under the impression that it is a one-way traffic whereby once the status of a user is "suspended", it will remain as such permanently.
3. Shouldn't the management immediately block/lock/suspend the stated user's account ?
