it not about hacking, i am sure even with machine,
it will print out a copy of receipt aka vote with serial number

in case of system fail. they still count the vote using the print out.

but if they do that, in case of vote swing, and elite loses, they cannot use recount to void votes so that the so that it will swing in their flavor after recount...

so in that case, the elite cannot sue cheat code to void votes

Actually US already using it. But I remember that the system got problem one.... Got 1 time no matter whom you press, the selected person is the same....lol....
