Why do people wear admin tee under no.4? Isn't it very hot in SG to wear many layers?

The sweat will first be absored by the inner tshirt, then u can always change it. Better than soak ur no4 and can't change so often.

Even if it is hot, doesn't mean cannot wear right? U tell me why a lot of people likes to wear inner shirt?

Going back for my IcT so thinking of wearing the compression singlet or sleeveless t shirt under my no 4 for vigorous activities like route march and outfield. For me, I run or play soccer with it, so am used to the material, it's cooler and more comfortable ( wicks sweat away ) and helps in muscle compression. Anyone tried it before ?

By right not allowed... just need to prepare a reason if got caught...

It looks better with inner shirt and u can always change to vest slack if you need to do some Labour work

Depends on what you do as well. Some people are in admin and logistics, so it could keep you warm in the office. For others, yeah, what everyone else said.
