Hi, i had problem with my wifi and bluetooth this morning when i switch on the PC.
Was using bluetooth all these while for mouse and earphone while i disabled wifi(AX200) in device manager due to im on ethernet.
What i found is that windows seems to not able to detect the wifi card. I went to device manager and found both the wifi and bluetooth missing. Located both after i click view >show hidden devices. However both are greyed out and got error code of 45 which says not connected.
Had googled and found some cases sort of similar to this but no solution.
Could it be due to certain windows update causing this issue? If no one encountered this, i will probably restore a backup image before this happens (luckily have scheduled a weekly backup) to see is it due to wifi card issue or update issue.
