Wifi issue with Mavericks

Hi
Need help with wifi issue in office, where airport is connected to the wifi, but I just cannot connect.

My office is one which you can hook on but when open safari, will be directed to a site to key in username and pw.

Btw, I am using a 2008 MacBook Alu.
