I do agree with him on this matter

i myself also use 3rd party router...

but using 3rd party routers also got cons, it must be managed by end user and that singtel won't be providing support though...

Update:After the 3rd Singtel Router replacement,Upload speed is finally back to normal and fixed.The technician advise me to buy a 3rd party router if this problem persist again.

Technician say don't disturb them as to get 3rd party router...
