Don't go there during the monsoon season. will not flood but everyday rain heavily for hours until u can only stay in the hotel room, then all water related activities also suspended.

Depends if one is a tourist or a local.
Reminder that what tourists from drier parts of the world, would call flooding in Singapore, is what is what is known as "ponding" here.
Tourists from Venice on the other hand, sees our flood and laughs - "You have no idea what is a flood".
