No. The bank won't even know of her salary change.
Reason is she wants to apply new boc shengsiong card. She already has a family card. So she's worried the new application may be rejected and will cause existing family card to be canceled also
sheng siong card require min $60k income for foreigner. BOC need new income doc for new card application. So dun think she eligible to apply
