Will be setup run R290?

500watt PSU

untouched since i bought it 1.5 years ago, wondering if my setup will cause any bottleneck/ unable to drive the GPU (R290).

if not, what should i upgrade ?

I just realized how long this card is, dwarfing the size of my motherboard

I'm using 550w, so far no issue even when OC'ed

Well checked on tom's hardware you actually don't need that much power. Unless you are going for crossfire. Else you don't really need that much of power.
