when someone is deemed pes F due to psy problems, it means it is recognised by SAF that the detainee has these problems. do u think SAF want to charge him?

Is not whether I think or not.

Unless SAF didn’t update TS, he’s still currently being charged.

And PES F doesn’t necessarily mean psy problem. And PES F is not a get out of jail card for any offence one committed while still in service.

from what i think, SAF probably charge me during my time in service because i was a pes C, hence they made me sign a document that stated this charge will follow along with me even if i ord. however ever since i ord-ed and awarded pes f (with serious psych issue) they just had to go through the entire motion to submit some documents to the higher up to close my case since it was opened previously. correct me if im wrong

@TS, to make this simpler, why don’t you exercise your right to be provided a Defending Officer and ask him/her to clarify with Legal for you? The DO can be of great help, but he/she must know what you need first.
