Hi

Need some help to solve this problem.

My notebook RAM is 8 GB, windows 7 64 bit HP.

I am wondering if the above problem is caused by laggy HDD or laggy graphics card. RAM should be enough coz Task Manager showed PC used >3GB out of 8 GB.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Check your graphics card driver can be a good start.

Seen many such cases before 80% due to graphics config or driver.

the graphics card is onboard Intel one. the RAM cannot control. Any way to use the system RAM (the NB got 8GB) for the graphics??

OK. will try to look for the latest driver.

when u said graphics config, which settings you are referring to?

Thanks to all for your help.

How and when does it happen? How is this being triggered?
This is not graphics issue. More likely software related. (Or sometimes memory failure).
More likely is the infinite loop of windows that caused the lag, rather than the lag causing the infinite loop.

Need to know the trigger point and time so that we can try to further pinpoint the fault. :)
