Hi all,I have this problem here. I noticed random freezing on my Window 10 PC. My mouse pointer sometimes become a small circle turning.
I suspect is window 10 doing some updates or security thing. Few questions here, is it compulsory to do window update. Anyone encountered this problem.

It alway more useful to use the Task Manager or Process Explorer . Click on the CPU column and sort the utilisation by descending order. You should be able to notice which process is causing the slow down

It is hard to tell what is wrong without hands on. I suggest you run some hardware check. It is important to do Windows update so that your system get patch up for security purpose. Recently Intel has a very important patch up. Later WiFi will launch WPA3 which is a new Wifi encryption to enhance security.

Unless he has the OS CD or else do a system recovery to factory default like day 1 when u first time use it and redo all the patches. It will take a few days to patch up to the latest windows 10 version.

Please check whether your windows 10 is activated.
If not, you will experience a few sec lag every couple of minutes.
