Dear all

Can I seek some resolution on this problem I faced recently.

out of sudden, I couldn't scroll down the pages on browser or even anything on my computer. it would automatically scroll up .

While typing , it would suddenly go back to the first letter instead of carrying on the sentences.

I tried reinstalling window 10 and the problem persist.

Are you by any chance using a wireless mouse or keyboard ?

If so, try unplugging the usb dongle for them and see if the problem stops ?

Nope, it's a laptop thou... I try unplucking the mouse and use the touchpad to navigate but the problem still persist.

sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's not. everytime I scroll down it will within sec stroll all the way up.

so weird. even when typing halfway the word indicator would suddenly shift to the top.

anyone can help :s22::s22:

Try connect an external USB keyboard and mouse and see if the problem still remain. If no problem then as what a member indicated, is touchpad issue.

Have you go to check and verify your touchpad settings &or features.

Although i don't use touchpad but i notice there are several versions of touchpad drivers for my 3 Toshiba laptops.
So i able to find a version/driver with more better features &or settings for all laptops.
Meanwhile for regular laptop i disable the touchpad to use external mouse for my own convenience.

There is also possibility of touchpad malfunction or something is stuck inside.

hey!

you can try to reinstall your touch pad drivers if that might help.

another way is the create another user account to test. repairing touchpad could be quite costly. a quick way to resolve if it is really a touchpad problem is to try using a wireless Mouse :)
