Window 7 start scanning disk upon start up?

hi, did anyone facing this issue? seem like all my office win 7 had this problem... is it something to do with MS update?

Is there any error message appear in your PC/laptop?
Would you please explain more about "seem like all my office win 7 had this problem"?

I think he meant all the machines running windows 7 in the office having this problem...
