Window cannot detect new card again

hi , i back from tradepac , they make a replacement card , but after i install the card , windows still detect the card as standard VGA adapter , wasted my $30 taxi fare

wat mobo u using, have u check ur mobo website bios update and history. u did any oc, voltage, time , speed tuning of ur mobo? i rmb asking u for pc specs, but u nvr give in details.

had doubts it wasn't gfx problem in the first place...but since u said u tried diff drivers version...did u dl the right version? u dl 32bit or 64bit and is your os 32 or 64bit?

problem might be on e mobo, cos hardware must b 1st detect den software(driver) can run, how e driver going to associate if it cnt find any hardware detected?

hi ts , u can try tis attempt again like others suggested, e card come wif driver cd right, install it in the 32/64 os u r wif, at least 2b sure is software or hardware related.

Or try tis,
uninstall all nvidea drivers dat u have if u can see in e add/remove, and oso nvidea folder u can find in ur hardisk folder.
after dat go to device manager uninstall standard vga, if prompt for RESTART, click NO.
Den reinstall driver from CD , and reboot.

hi cool,man and ahbard , good news , manager device finally detect my gtx 760 , , no need to uninstall the standard vga ,i just use the CD from the card , and it finally install the driver , i think i did not fully uninstall the driver from cd after the game crash before i try install other driver , now i feel very happy despite losing the taxi fare for nothing , thank you both of you

Good to hear that u solved the problem. Thought u tried to install from the CD before but it failed?.
