My pc has 32bit Windows 10 OS in C partition. My data is in D partition. If I upgrade to 64bit (my CPU is 64bit) will the new OS be in the C partition and the D partition remain intact? Or the D partition will be erased too?

you cannot directly "upgrade" from 32bits to 64bits. u need to do a clean fresh installation. that means u get to choose where to install it.

Need to know the current license key too as it will be needed when doing fresh installation.
