windows 10 black screen

Need help with windows 10..switch on com n windows 10 loading screen.. goes on forever...

I checked online and instructions was to power off when loading starts for 3 times in order to go safe mode... I did this and did a few instructions with command prompt which ought to work but it doesnt.

So now, I cant even load safe mode...

Anyone has any idea how to solve it?


Another question I have in mind, I have 2 com, 1st com is the one above, and is brand new com..
Can I unplug 1st com harddisk and connect to 2nd com and retrieve data from e 1st harddisk using 2nd com?

Yes, you can. Suspect 1st HDD got bad sectors, causing boot loading issue.

Thanks.. but the 1st harddisk which has os wont affect the 2nd com?

the next question I have is, what does personal files mean? I have an option to reinstall windows without removing your personal files.. does files n folders on desktop qualifies as personal files?

well would prefer u set ur bios to have AHCI 1st. den load your 2nd com to desktop. den only u plug it in. if u plug 1st i scared u keep loading

anything that isnt created by u will be deleted. likfe example for OS will be formatted and become fresh new one. but i think those application u install will be still be around.

yes files and folders on desktop are consider as personal files.
