Hi all - seek your advice re the below issue

my new rig is on a MSI B150i ITX mobo, which comes with an intel wireless and bluetooth module

For some strange reason - i came back home today evening and suddenly noticed it is no longer visible in my device settings. It was still working last night because i successfully paired a BT speaker with it

I opened Device Manager and see the following error

Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
code 43

The only thing I have installed so far on the new PC are:
Steam
Razer Synapse
BenQ Display Pilot
Panda Anti Virus
Steam (+ a few games)
Chrome
Trusteer end point security

Googled around - seems like this is a known issue. Tried the following:

1) uninstall the error device, and reboot - Issue Persist
2) disable and re-enable the error device and reboot - Issue Persist
3) uninstall the intel bluetooth driver, reboot - became worse, the bluetooth device is now completely missing in Device Mgr
4) downloaded bluetooth drive from Intel website, install - No difference, intel bluetooth wireless device still missing
5) tried going to bios, see if perhaps I can disable and re-enable the BT module, cannot find anything there related to it

Kinda stuck now, technically - i can head back to PCT for help since it's still within 7 days but trying to avoid the hassle. I am fairly certain it must be a driver type issue but kinda at a deadend now haha...

any advice here would be much appreciated , many thanks :)

System restore back to before u install any software. Then install one by one to see which cause it to disappear

System restore would be faster. Reset is as fast as reinstalling windows

not exactly helpful but my issue self-resolved once i applied the latest windows update - perhaps you can try if there are pending updates to install

maybe can try to download the driver directly from MSI website and use that to install instead of the one from the Intel website

Update: Bluetooth adapter is recognised again. But that is after I took out the mini card from the motherboard, started windows and shut down, put it back in and restarted again.

Somehow the MSI motherboard or windows 10 lost the bluetooth portion....wifi was always working properly throughout my troubleshooting.....

Is the bluetooth radio that unreliable....can suddenly go missing....Guess need to get a usb bluetooth adapter as backup....
