Not sure if it's even even allowed to advocate third party key reseller in this forum since they are in a legal grey area. Most communities I have seen don't usually allow people recommend sites to others to buy OEM keys from key resellers since microsoft ToS forbid the sales of OEM licenses to unintended users but microsoft are not really actively enforcing it.

If you want to save $ on Windows key buy prebuild PC like Lenovo, HP.
The price of the desktop comes with the CD key.
Original Windows 10 price is around $150, anything cheaper than
those are usually not legit license.

You can easily get a key from ebay for $5. instantly send to your email after payment. been using it for a few pcs with no issues

Windows 10 as mentioned does not need to be unlocked to use legally. Other than the persistent water mark and lack of desktop appearance customization, there is no other known penalties for not unlocking. Maybe just install it without unlocking it and see if you really need to then go buy an OEM or retail one.

Dreamspark keys from a friend -> piracy

Just because it activates windows =/= legit activation; basically if you're not adhering to the EULA of the license key, you're commiting piracy.

Anything that isn't from a legit MS reseller, don't buy, because you're likely to be paying to pirate windows. That doesn't make sense right?

U can try searching via lazada.sg

SGD$50 onwards for DVD - OEM version

SGD$80 onwards for USB Flash drive - Retail Version

But if you only need the CDkey and not the installer, you can look elsewhere.

The most that will happen to the end user is the revocation of the license key.

If people do decide to get dodgy keys, just be aware of the fact that the keys are probably not legit.

Just go Shopee to get the volume license key. Within a couple of mins after paying, seller will send the keys
