Windows 10 Crashing System Thread Exception Not Handled.

I using Hp Envy 4 Notobook, WD Green SSD, running on Win 10,

working fine for 6 months plus, while surfing the web, sudden it pop up

BOSD : "0xc0000017" need to restart.

After it restart, BOSD again, Error msg :

System_Thread_Execption_Not_Handled"

Failed : Ntfs.sys

Ather which it wont let me boot using CDrom or Thumb Drive or getting into

the safe mode. It keep on rebooting by itself.

if software problem can still boot safemode or reinstall windows.
