Windows 10 don't recognize my WiFi

Just fresh install windows 10 1607 but at the wifi list I only see my neigbour's wifi, my home wifi is not on the list.

Anyone experienced the same situation?

I am using TP-LINK AC750 wireless dual band gigabit router.(Archer C2)

USB wifi adapter is AZTECH WL568USB

PC is sim lim build one I5 3570 desktop.

By the way, when i installed Linux, the wifi works perfectly.

maybe u can try to update the driver to see if the issues still there or not

Make sure you set the Wifi channel on your router to be within 1 to 11.

My mother board is gigabyte B75M D3v.

I tried whole night and install all the updated drivers still no luck.

May be I just use Linux lah.

Nothing to do with your motherboard. @ZrE0_Cha0s was asking you to update the AZTECH WL568USB driver!

All updated already, still no luck......

If windows 10 doesn't support the USB Wifi adapter, why I can see other people's connection?

on ur mobile, install a wifi app e.g. wifi analyzer, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer&hl=en
check wat channel ur wifi is on. screenshot & show us.

The aztech usb 300mpbs can connect to 2.4Ghz only. Your router can support both 2.4 & 5Ghz. Unless the 2.4ghz is OFF. Go router settings to see are both ON.

Doesn't explain why the Linux driver can see the SSID, especially when the in-kernel chipset drivers for 5GHz support are downright horrible. Unless the in-kernel driver actually exposes 5GHz support in the appliance that the official Windows drivers disabled for various reasons.

Also, depending on the age of his phone, it may only be able to see 2.4GHz, which makes it even more unlikely that the AP is broadcasting at 5GHz only.

Best if TS can reset AP to factory defaults without encryption to see whether the device picks up signals in Windows, then them back on from there.

Do a reset to the TP-link router. Then check if both the 2.4GHz and 5Ghz Signal LED light are 'ON'. Next use your mobile phone , ipad , etc to see if they can detect the router at 2.4 or 5GHZ.
Next do the same with your AZtech wifi adaptor. If can then 'good luck'. Continue to do with the security setting.
But if the mobilephone can but your AZtech cannot. Then mannually set the 2.4GHZ setting to 'N' and channel to 1, 6 or 11. Dun use auto, because channel 13,14 not on some wifi adaptor.
Should work. Because for tp-link sometime if you enable both the 2.4 and 5GHz. some older N series wifi adaptor might not able to detect.
unless you use the modded firmware at your risk.

Just use the hidden network option to add your SSID even you did turn on SSID broadcasting. WiFi setup is quite weak in Win10 vs Win7.
