Sounds more like a hardware issue.
Please check if you have warranty for it. If there is warranty then please head back to the service centre and get it fixed.
If there is no warranty, are you technically inclined? If you are remove the chassis and see if you are able to reach to the thermal paste below the heatpipe. Likely to have some overheating issues or worse. Hardware issue.
Or it could be the gpu driver not compatible.
