For past 3 weeks, my monitor display started moving up and down. It was fine Prior to that.There is no updated display driver and I tried uninstallinh a few windows updates but the problem still persisted.
My windows is win 10. Anyone has this issue?

Laptop or desktop?
Sometimes can be caused by faulty mouse or keyboard for desktop.
Mouse is the scroll wheel, keyboard wise can be up/down key.
Laptop wise, maybe touchpad got issue.
