Windows 7 shutting down

Have a problem here,

When I power on my laptop, instead of showing it powering up.
Splashed on the screen is shutting down instead.
Even after forced shutting it down, and powering it back up.

Anyone have any solutions?

It is going into sleep mode.
When you are powering it up, immediately press and hold the power button for 8 to 10 secs until the machine is fully shutdown.
