Windows 8.1 and S4 compatibility problem

Windows 8 won't install the drivers for my S4. How to solve this issue? Under device manager I can see SAMSUNG_Android listed with an exclamation mark:(

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There are no compatible drivers for this device.

Try to re-install the driver at Device Manager.

shortcut:

download kies 3 and run tools> reinstall device driver
