Windows 8.1 Desktop Changes

Anyone know any sites having a full changelog on Windows 8.1 or just desktop changes?

Everywhere I look just listed a large amount of Metro interface changes while the desktop changes remained very obscure.

Things I found out:
Libraries was hidden from the file explorer left pane by default.
"Dim display after" power options removed.
Windows Experience Index removed.

Anything else you guys found or knew?
