I have tried to update from Windows 8 to 8.1 thrice but unable to succeed. I tried to google the error message (0xC1900101-0x30018) but I still dun get it.

I keep getting the error message below.

same here bro,check the web there are a lot of people with the same fault..didn't read through all the comments but maybe related to some 3rd party apps,wifi card...etc so need to check...wondering whether doing a factory reset will solve the problem or not ?

Now the Windows 8.1 upgrade missing in the store... I can't find it anymore even trying to use update. Anyone updated today?

Ok. Ytd it appeared again after i did 'check for update'. I tried again this time it shown twice blue screen with unhappy face then it restore my windows 8 with the same error message again.

Have you check if your pc need new drivers for win 8.1?

I have went thru all my hardware's website for latest driver before I retried to install...

One of my Fujitsu laptop also have the same problem.

Win8 is installed in D: & dual-boot with Win 7. Win 7 SP1 seem to replace Win 8 bootloader. I'm guessing that's the problem.

Maybe must do a refresh before can update. Too busy to try now.

My PC & other Fujitsu laptop upgraded with no issues.
